New Hippystitch Brooches Head to The Ropewalk, Barton upon Humber

A host of new Hippystitch brooches are winging their way to the Craft Gallery at The Ropewalk in Barton upon Humber.  There are both vintage and modern offerings.  Expect to find coin and domino brooches...

New in at The Ropewalk

I've just made a delivery to The Ropewalk in Barton upon Humber so they would have new stock in time for the post lockdown reopening. There are lots of lovely things, apart from a whole lot of colourful fabric necklaces, including some wooden domino brooches...

New Stock for The Ropewalk

I have parcelled up a delivery of goodies for The Ropewalk in Barton upon Humber.  It's a great place - lovely things to buy in the Craft Gallery, interesting exhibitions, good cafe, great garden with sculptures and you can find out all about the history of rope making at the Barton Ropery in the Ropewalk Museum.  The building has a characteristic ropewalk from its ropemaking days - hence the name!


So in the delivery as well as some lovely fabric necklaces (see above), there are also some People & Places brooches...

Just arrived at The Ropewalk (& don't forget to see the exhibitions!)

Have been over one of my favourite bridges (the Humber Bridge) to make a delivery to The Ropewalk in Barton upon Humber.  I always like going - lovely things to buy in the Craft Gallery, interesting exhibitions, good cafe, great garden with sculptures and you can find out all about the history of rope making at the Barton Ropery in the Ropewalk Museum.  The building has a characteristic ropewalk from its ropemaking days - hence the name!
